Jessica is a Physical Therapist who graduated from the University of North Dakota in 2011 with a Doctor of Physical Therapy Degree. She has always enjoyed being around children and during PT school she fell in love with Pediatrics while doing one of her clinical rotations at Gillette Children’s in Minneapolis. Since graduating she has gained experience in a wide range of settings; all with a focus on Pediatrics including inpatient rehab/acute care at a children’s hospital, school-based therapy, outpatient pediatrics and aquatic therapy. She loves working with children and their families and really enjoys getting to know them and their needs to better help facilitate independence, function, and growth. She believes that goals should be developed together as a team and accomplished through play at the clinic and at home! Her professional interests include Torticollis, Down Syndrome, and Idiopathic Toe Walking.
At home she enjoys spending time with her family (husband, 1 year old and almost 4 year old), her dog-Cali and friends. She enjoys going to the lake, going for walks, and lots of coffee.
